# Time Restricions

> Restrict button interaction based on time

This option allows you to restrict button interaction based on time. Choose the fitting option from the dropdown menu.

Choosing the **Custom Time Limit** will open a form where you can enter the time **in minutes**. If you want to use a tool to calculate the time, you can use [this site](https://www.inchcalculator.com/time-to-minutes-calculator/).

Once you choose the fitting **Time Restriction** option, the embed is updated. If a member presses the button now, they cannot interact with the button again until the limited time has passed. If they click the button before this time is up, they will get the following response:
