# How to Participate

> Learn how to join tournaments, play games, and track your progress

## 🏆 Joining a Tournament

    Navigate to the home screen and browse available tournaments
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a Tournament">
    Click on a tournament you want to join
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the Details">
    Check the entry fee (if any), prize pool and distribution, time remaining, and current participants
  </Step>

  <Step title="Join Tournament">
    Click "Join Tournament" if you meet the requirements
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pay Entry Fee">
    If required, the entry fee will be deducted from your token balance
  </Step>

## 🎮 Playing Games

  <Step title="Join an Active Tournament">
    You must join a tournament before you can play
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Play">
    Click the "Play" button on the tournament card
  </Step>

  <Step title="Game Launch">
    The mini-game will launch in a new window/frame
  </Step>

  <Step title="Play Your Best">
    Play to achieve your best score
  </Step>

  <Step title="Automatic Submission">
    Your score is automatically submitted when you finish
  </Step>

  <Step title="Keep Improving">
    Play multiple times to improve your ranking (if entry method allows)

## 📊 Checking Your Progress

### Live Leaderboard

Click the chart icon 📊 during games to see real-time rankings and your current position among competitors.

### Tournament Rankings

View your position among all participants in the tournament page. Track how you stack up against the competition.

### Score History

Track your improvement over multiple plays. See your best scores and progression over time.

  Play multiple times to improve your ranking! If the tournament allows unlimited plays per entry, take advantage of it to climb the leaderboard.
