What information should I share?
To help us help you as efficiently as possible, you must send us all the relevant information:

Describe the steps you took, what happens when you take those steps, and what you expect to happen instead.

If you encounter an error message, please provide the full error message.

Can you send us a screenshot to show us what you see? Or can you send us a short video to show us the steps you take? These are very helpful!
When will I get a response?
We try to reply to every message within 1 business day. During busy times this may not be possible, but we will always get back to you as soon as possible! In the meantime, make sure to read through our documentation at https://docs.drip.re.
